Precaution Better Than Cure

Dear alls,

Nothing much to jot down. hari nie memang hari bosan sedunia kekdahnya. Nothing much to do sebab dah menghampiri hujung bulan so kene tunggu schedule baru. Seharian di ofis hanyalah sekadar menyiapkan draft2 kertas kerja projek yang bakal dibentang next month n tertakluk kepada schedule yang bakal diberi nanti. Selain daripada tu aku hanya berfesbuk dan main online games jek...betapa bosannya kehidupan aku...arrghhh!!!

Last month aku menggagahkan diri untuk pergi ke National Cancer Society Malaysia untuk check my both "adik-adik". I had a lump on my right brest so many months ago, tapi aku sengaja melengah-lengahkan sebab aku rasa just lump biasa jek (ekceli aku takut sebenarnya, mana tau result check-up nanti positif cancer..tak tahu nak accept camana..hhehehe...)

Aku went thru 2 checkups..first with nurse, general check up..."adik-adik" aku kene raba-raba la plak..mujur pompuan...2nd checkup aku buat ultrasound..kali nie, kena bukak baju la plak, pakai rope jer..malangnya yang buat ultra sound doc jejans uollsss..malu mak nyah!! aku pasrah jek la dia pegang "adik-adik" aku yang non-hado tu..maklum la nasik lemak 50 sen jek...buat ultra-sound dalam 15 minutes gitu..and the result :-

So, there's a 3cm diameter lump on my right breast and turn out to be not a cancerous lump. Syukur alhamdullillah...There's also a tini-wini lump on my left breast; also not a cancerous lump tapi kene buat another ultrasound next year. As for the twin, aku kene buat operation untuk buang lump or cyst coz mana tahu non cancerous leh turn cancerous plak..Doktor kata walau dah buang kebarangkalian untuk lump tu membesar semula tetap ada..apa2 pun result nih betul2 buat aku lega...:)

Date belum set untuk minor operation ni, maybe lepas my 34th birthday nanti kot. nak sambut besday ngan kawan2 aku dulu, buatnya Tuhan sayangkan aku, walaupon minor operation, tak sempat aku celebrate ngan kengkawan. Maybe celebration terakhir ngan diorang, kann. Orang tersepak batu, langgar tiang leh mati, inikan buat pembedahan..

Pesanan aku untuk semua, especially the girls, pergi la buat check-up eventhough korang takde lump kat 'adik-adik' korang and jangan lupa buat pap smear skali..penting uollsss!!! mana-mana spital pon dah ada dah kemudahan nih sekarang or untuk senang korang pegi kat http://www.lppkn.gov.my atau www.cancer.org.my
